A new moon acts like the seed for the month. A time of planting the thought, the concept. Spring is the time to set a goal. Be passionate about this goal, let it consume you! Be focused. Aim straight.

I started this newsletter at the beginning of April. Now we are almost at the end. It's been a month of very high activity for me because the energy of Mars was highly significant at the Aries New Moon on April 6th. It started the burst of energy necessary to focus on a single goal. So I have been doing just that.

May is here in a few days and I'll post another newsletter at the New Moon next week. I wanted to catch up with you and tell you that this week a lot is changing.

My advice this week is: Hold on tight, learn to dance on the shifting carpet. Keep faith.

I had to use the energy of Mars while it was strong in the sky. I've used it to walk my talk and give birth to a new project.

Teleseminars
My goal has been to set up the series of teleseminars that I talked about last year but had been on hold. The first birthed last week. Tune in again Tuesday April 29th at 8pm BST. I plan to run them on a regular basis. They are taster seminars and the first of their kind (as far as I know). Each session I will share an important healing principle for about 15 minutes then choose someone to focus the group, just as happens in a live event. This is the hermetic principle that the microcosm reflects the macrocosm. In the same way one person can reflect the issue of a whole group.

Last week we had 2 focus people. The story was about losing a good friend in childhood and how that affected confidence. The recording of April 23rd is now online to download.

Betrayal
The April New Moon on 6th was marked by the extra- ordinary weather in the UK- sunshine on Saturday followed by a covering of snow the next morning. What a contrast in temperature! I was facilitating my workshop in London called 'Healing Your Birth Story' and as we entered the symbolic birth canal - the gateway of this New Moon - a strong theme emerged. It was the theme of betrayal - how we have betrayed the feminine and in doing so we have betrayed the Goddess.

The Goddess is represented by Mother Earth, and our own mother or sister. In the month I have heard many people share their deep problems they have with their sisters or mothers. The theme of betrayal by a sister is showing up in the National Soap Opera 'Eastenders' and the delightful movie starring Cameron Diaz and Shirley Maclaine 'In Her Shoes' was on TV last weekend.

In the Psychology of Vision model, a map of the conscious subconscious and unconscious mind betrayal can be the cause of Heartbreak. At the deepest part of the mind it becomes the Archetype of The Betrayer where we think (unconsciously) that we have betrayed God, stolen his gifts, murdered Him and left Heaven. This makes us guilty and hiding from what we perceive as a wrathful God!

The Astrological Story
Hera, the asteroid is just moving to an exact alignment with Pluto, along with Medea. Hera is the Goddess of Marriage. Married to Zeus, King of the Gods she is portrayed as punishing many women who are captured by Zeus's amorous advances. Symbolically she upholds the Sacred Union of Queen and King.

So we are being asked to embrace our power, ask for help from the Goddess and step into the Highest place of Union with Heaven.

However be aware that this is a major step in evolution and the ego will do its best to stop you! Make sure you ask for help and guidance and call on the angels, power animals or spiritual beings that you are connected to.

MAJOR POSITIVE CHANGE: Saturn gains power on May 3rd
This is good news as in the Vedic system of astrology Saturn governs business. Major political leaders need a strong Saturn. (That is when it is in its own sign or exalted.) It has been retrograde since January. Also more importantly it has been 'eclipsed' by the energy of Ketu since last July. Now it is free of that influence. Ketu has helped to clear a lot of karma - especially ancestral patterns, but there is still more work to do!

Expect to see a regaining of groundedness and balance in the hysteria surrounding 'the credit crunch'. We are being asked to 'get real'. However the worst mistake we can make is to believe in the fear and give up on our purpose.

Clear Past Injury and Regain Energy
If you are ready to deal with some deep stuff there is still space on my workshop this weekend in London. A workshop is a fast way to clear karma, to heal family patterns and release energy that is holding you back in your life. On a workshop I ritualise healing through various processes with the group which work on many different levels -the physical, emotional and spiritual. The effect lasts long after the weekend.

Any physical illness or blockage in the body has resulted in the psychic (thought form) then emotional auras being disturbed. To heal our present day problems (the physical) we have return to the original trauma. The intention is not to reawaken the pain - but to restore the fractures in the soul body. A bit like putting Humpty Dumpty back together again.
