About Teleseminars
They are also called Conference calls. Using the phone, you just dial a specific phone number, listen and relax. It's that easy!

Teleclasses are used to provide information, training, or promote or sell products to a group of people interested in a particular topic. They are similar to traditional seminars in content and purpose, but they are given over a teleconference or bridgeline rather than at a specific location.

It is an easy way to receive information and training without the cost of travel. Pam (as the host of the teleclass) schedules a specific time and date in advance to communicate with you.

These conference calls are recorded. Pam is an entertaing speaker with a relaxed, informal style and will share her knowledge, followed by a period of time for questions and answers.

What's the cost of the call?
There is a small cost which is the price of the phone call. The service Pam is using in 2010 is based in the UK and the cost is just 1.7p a minute. There is also other number for callers outside the UK, the cost will be dependent on your phone service. 

After you have entered the phone number a voice will tell you to dial the conference code which will be emailed to you in advance by Pam.

Pam will mute all callers until the Q and A when all callers will be unmuted. Pam requests that you make sure you are quiet at this time if not speaking as any noise will be heard by everyone!

I live in a timezone that is not included on your call information. What time is the call for me?
You can convert the call time to your own timezone by visiting the following website: www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

How early should I call in to get on the call?
Pam will be on the line 5 minutes beforehand. She recommends that you place the call at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, especially if you are new to teleclasses.

Is there anything else I need to know?
Yes! Please observe our teleseminar 'etiquette' when making your call:
Please use a corded or high quality digital (DECT) cordless telephone for optimal quality.
Please only participate on a call when invited if your phone has excellent call quality, otherwise everyone on the call will suffer. Please do not use SKYPE.
If you have a two-line phone, please turn the ringer off on the second line.
