Each coaching session is an hour and a quarter which can be on the phone or one-to-one. The first session is £70 for one and a quarter hours. Follow up sessions are £60 for an hour.

A Course of 6 Coaching Sessions is £300 of One and a quarter hour each.

Couples are £100 for one and a half hours, follow up sessions £90. A Course of 6 Coaching Sessions for Couples is £550.
