Deeksha literally means benediction. It is a healing energy, a pure, intelligent energy which enables us to experience a shift or change in our thinking and feeling patterns.

What is Oneness?
Oneness is when you let yourself be what you are. Then you let others be themselves. Then love grows within and it grows to all around and ultimately to God.
When you awaken to oneness all the different fragments in oneself unite within us and there is an absence of conflict. Division within happens due to a lack of love of oneself.

As the experience of Oneness grows, changes such as conflicts begin to disappear. Humanity experiences itself as one family.

What is Oneness Deeksha?
Oneness Deeksha is a simple method of giving profound rest to the body and peace to the mind. The experience of Oneness is transferred through Deeksha. Literally Deeksha means blessing. It is a transfer of divine energy that is a pure, intelligent healing energy which enables us to experience a shift or change in our thinking and feeling patterns.

There is no teaching, religion, belief or practice with Oneness Deeksha. It is non-sectarian and requires no change of belief system. It is a universal energy that works intelligently and can be received by anyone regardless of the path they choose to follow.

Oneness Deeksha uplifts the mind and gives the experience of profound inner silence. Oneness Deeksha is given to anyone who wants to awaken to the experience of Oneness, which is the natural state and birthright of all human beings.

What happens with Deeksha?
The Deeksha Giver works just as a channel to transfer the energy by placing their hands upon the head of the receiver. It is offered in a nurturing, sacred space created by the Deeksha Givers but beyond that, there is no set format for a Deeksha session.

What are the effects?
Deeksha initiates a neuro-biological change in the brain that when completed enables the senses to be free from the interference of the mind. When the senses are unclouded by the mind’s interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying spontaneous feelings of joy, inner calmness and connection to the Oneness in everything.

Deeksha can produce a multitude of effects. Some people experience light and energy flowing through the body and experience the heart opening. Others find that it provides an opportunity to move from continual problem solving to discovering deep peace within. Sometimes you may not feel anything in particular at the time, but may experience some physical or emotional benefits later.

The positive effects are not confined to the individual. Happy, stress free and more enlightened people automatically create a more peaceful world.
