Being a Visionary
Have you ever had a day when you were in the flow?

In Psychology of Vision it's described as the Vision state. In Vision we don’t do it, it does us. An artist connects with Vision when the painting comes though them, a sportsman is ‘in the zone’, a manager reaches new heights and becomes inspired with creativity for their team.

“Human vision is the positive future directing the present. Unless we are at this level of vision, we live with the past directing our present. This means that our present is directed by buried guilt and the movie in your life is always a re-run.

Vision carries you forward and points the way for others. It always leads the way home, back to our centre, and back to ourselves.” Dr Chuck Spezzano

The most successful leaders are visionaries because they follow their intuition. They are connected to their inner guide, the Higher Mind which has all the answers.

Over the last few years the movies, which reflect the collective unconscious, have brought the Vision level dynamics into everyday consciousness with the incredible popularity of The Lord of the Rings. The story inhabits the world of magic, of goblins and elves and shows us the core fractures of the mind - the Great Wars and Good versus Evil.

In astrology the part of us which connects through the unconscious to the realm of the Visionary is shown by the planet Neptune, the Mystic which rules the sign Pisces. The other planet which connects us to our Higher Mind, our ideas which are inspired and come out of the ether is Uranus which rules Aquarius.

Uranus and Neptune are in alliance ('mutual reception') until 2011.

Neptune continues to transit Aquarius and Uranus is in the sign of Pisces. This means they start to work together and that's good news. It allows the flow of psychic inspiration, spiritual cognition and understanding, inner visions and enlightenment. But it’s also important to realise that it’s a heady cocktail it can produce ungroundedness and nervous instability.

Uranus is called an Awakener and liberator. It brings unexpected change, but like a lightening flash it can be disruptive. Discovered at the time of The American War of Independence, The French Revolution and The English Industrial Revolution, it rules anarchy and independence. Neptune rules the ocean and water, which at a deep level, represents the collective unconscious.

Uranus has a seven year cycle, and it acts as a trigger, awakening the energy when it joins a natal planet. You'll notice a sudden change in your life when it does this, or when it moves over your rising sign or Midheaven. Having an inspiration for a project that you want to launch is one thing, making a reality is another. As the poet W. H. Auden wrote "Between the idea and the reality falls the shadow."

Do you have a book or project inside you bursting to come forth?
Is your deepest desire for a child? Or a loving relationship?
Long to start your own business or buy your own home?

Are you yearning to express yourself, find your voice, birth your uniqueness to the world?

All of our projects reflect pregnancy and the birth process. They will go through the same stages:-
First comes conception. For most of us this is the fun part!
Next is gestation and nurturing, this takes time and patience.
Then the quickening, the excitement mounts . . . there is life!
Later on the slowing down and going within.
Finally the process of the labour and the reality sets in.
Delay can occurr as sometimes the process stops. Giving up is very tempting.
At last the birth. The baby arrives!

So it is with our creative projects.
Pam is an expert at guiding people through this creative birth process. Since 2001 she has facilitated hundreds of people through her unique 'Healing Your Birth Story' workshop. Participants and clients have gone on to get married, have babies, launch businesses and shine in the world through their websites.

The next step is to awaken our vision and become the visionaries leaders the world so desperately needs today.
