‘Healing Your Heart’ Workshop June 13th
The focus of this workshop ‘Healing Your Heart’ is to help you with letting go of the past so you can fully embrace your soul’s purpose to be successful and happy.
Healing issues of lack of self worth is vitally important at this time. So many of us are caught up in the Imposter Syndrome of feeling not good enough. This can be so bad that we withdraw from life and hide our talents from the world.
Holding on to a past relationship that didn’t work out, a home where you have lived in, the loss of a loved one are all holding you back. There is of course a natural mourning period, however there comes a time when there may be turning away from life and a positive future.
Whatever problems there are in your life right now, the underlying principle is that there’s a fear of the next step. This is a birth into co-creativity, spiritual and shamanic vision and a whole new level of success and happiness. Once we are centred and connected to our core and win back our heart, we can align with our true self as a spiritual being
Letting Go and Clearing Unfinished Business- all pain is from the past
Letting go of the past allows new goals and directions to appear. You cannot win if you hold on and demand that life return to a past which did not fully satisfy you before. With letting go, the past is not lost or thrown away but is simply put into perspective.
It allows you to live in the present once again.
In his book ‘Healing Comes from the Heart’ Chuck Spezzano describes how all present pain comes from past pain.
The power of the mind can heal these past issues. However getting to the root of a problem is vital in changing our lives for the better. This is often buried deep and hidden in our unconscious mind:-
“Our family issues come from a combination of ancestral issues and soul issues- what our soul wants us to learn and heal in this life. Soul issues represent major unconscious patterns that we have to heal or suffer accordingly. All our physical and emotional pain comes from the past- a past we haven’t gotten over.

With its beautiful stained glass of the 4 disciples-which are the 4 fixed signs of the zodiac, the Cornerstone Community Centre is located close to Palmeira Square at the West end of St John the Baptist Church, Church Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 2FL.

Nearest stations: Brighton or Hove. If you’re coming from London Victoria take the 8.59am train to arrive at Brighton at 9.57am. Brilliant prices if you book early.
Then catch a taxi, or a bus. There’s a coffee shop just a few minutes from the venue.
