You call Pam at a pre-arranged time via Zoom. The consultation is recorded and an email sent with the link for you to download the video file to play on your computer or ipad.

Pam will email you to arrange your consultation. Slots are midday, 2pm 5pm most days. Pam also has some slots over weekends.
