Full Moon in Cancer/ Capricorn activates Mars
This Full Moon in the Cancer/ Capricorn axis is the second partial Lunar Eclipse in the eclipse season, making a challenging aspect (a square) to Mars in Aries. This tension began at the New Moon Solar Eclipse on June 21st, but is now in full force. Mars is activating Chiron the archetype of the Wounded Healer.
The degree of a lunar eclipse is activated for just a month so will be important for you if you have any planet at 13 degrees. The solar Eclipse degree which was at 0 degrees is active for 6 months.
Cancer is a sign ruled by the Moon, so this time of year is often emotional, with memories from the past surfacing. Added to this Mercury is also retrograding through the sign of Cancer. Mercury connects with young people and the lock down has been having a negative effect with children having to stay home. so both mothers (Moon) and students (Mercury) are under a great deal of stress.
This will ease once Mercury moves forward on July 12th and when the Sun enters Leo on July 22nd.
Life is changing in the UK as the rules for the lock down are relaxing. However there have been many reports of raves and crowds invading beaches and ignoring the 2 metre rule. As Mercury (the Messenger planet) is retrograde its not surprising that the public is confused with the mixed messages coming from the government.
Venus is now direct which bodes well for relationships. Venus joined the Sun on June 3rd, a rebirth of energy and reappeared as a Morning Star on June 19th. Venus has more passion as a Morning Star. The Greeks called the morning star Phosphoros, “the bringer of light.”
Now Saturn and Jupiter are retrograde we are being asked us to re-examine our values, attitudes, plans and projects.
Neptune and Covid-19
Neptune has been travelling through Pisces since April 2011 is ruled by the gas giant, Neptune, God of the Ocean, the Sea of Consciousness. We can float or drown in the ocean, and as every sailor knows, it has tremendous power. The the Covid-19 virus is symbolic in the collective of deep emotion, loss and grief. Now is the time to engage with prayer, to connect with Source, the Divine which is the highest vibration of Pisces. The Sun in Cancer will make a positive contact to Neptune on July 12th. Watch your dreams!
Sun in Cancer on 20th June when it entered Cancer, the Summer Solstice at 22.43 BST. Into Leo on July
Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Cancer/Capricorn on July 5th at 5.44 BST.
Mercury is now retrograde in Cancer an emotional sign ruled by the Moon. It joined the Sun on July 1st. It goes direct on July 12th.
Venus is in Gemini and went retrograde on 14th May. It moved direct on June 25th. Venus stays in Gemini until 7th August.
Mars is in the fire sign of Aries the sign it rules – on June 28th. Mars goes retrograde on September 10th, so will be spending over 5 months in Aries. All systems now have the go ahead.
Jupiter is in Capricorn until 20th December. Think how the mountain goat is so agile as it climbs up and you get the idea. It went retrograde on 15th May until 13th September. This period is a time of review, to focus on getting systems and projects working to your advantage.
Saturn re-entered Capricorn on July 2nd. It went retrograde on 11th May. It stays in Capricorn until 17th December 2020.
Uranus in Taurus is now direct until 16th August activating 5-10 degrees Taurus. Make some practical changes in your life and throw out anything that doesn’t bring you joy! There is a favorable connection (a minor aspect called a semi-sextile) with Chiron the archetype of the Wounded Healer.
Neptune in Pisces favours all the water signs. Watch your visions and dreams, get creative and meditate. I love the meditations with Deepak Chopra as he uses simple sanskrit mantras. See Chopra Center Meditation. Neptune went retrograde on June 23rd.
Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto is an outer planet and affects world events. However it becomes more personal if it connects with one of inner planets in your chart. These are the Sun, Moon, Mercury Venus and Mars. It is activated at mid-life when it makes a square to itself around the age of 38.
This report tells you about past life lessons that are brought forward into this life.
Our spiritual character and needs are defined at birth. Yet from that same moment, forces around us begin to exert sometimes overwhelming influences on the direction of our spiritual development. Though well intended, these forces may move us along a path contrary to our own best interests.
This conflict between your inner spiritual being and outside forces may cause a dissonance that vibrates negatively through every aspect of your life. Learning to identify and acknowledge the characteristics that define your innermost self is the first step in achieving the inner peace you seek.
This report does not attempt to define your spiritual goals or offer philosophical opinions about what they should be. Rather, it provides an unbiased perspective on the characteristics that define who you are on a spiritual level.
More importantly, it gives you a clear understanding of how to best nurture and develop those characteristics that enhance your progress toward spiritual maturity.

Aspects of the Moon
Your higher values radiate from you in the form of spiritual vision. Your actions become more and more consistent with your inner values. You demand discipline from yourself, and you expect it in others. You may have had harsh teachers.
Your spiritual path focuses on compassion for others, and you have to develop compassion for yourself as well. When others provoke fear in you, look also for the love they struggle to express.
Your inner spirit functions easily on the intuitive plane, as you are able to identify and listen to the voice that guides your interactions with others to both their highest good and your own. You can feel change coming long before it arrives.”
